  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Each hotel has its own change and cancellation policy which we are required to pass on. We provide the policy for each hotel in several places throughout the site. The easiest way to find it is on the "Cancellation Policy" button under each room option of the individual hotel, after entering your travel dates.

    In order to offer the most competitive rates, some bookings have non-refundable terms so they are not eligible for a refund once purchased. Please note that non-refundable reservations cannot be changed or modified; please check your reservation policy before making a change.

    If you need to make a change after you've booked a reservation, you can go Manage Booking page or contact our Customer Care Centre.

  • How do I cancel a hotel reservation?

    You may cancel your booked reservation by going to Manage Booking page.

    Fill the reservation details you would like to cancel, select "Cancel Booking" option under "Interested in" and press "Send Request" Button. A confirmation Thank you message will appear, and your cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note charges for cancellation is as per cancellation policy and terms and condition of the reservation.

  • How do I modify my hotel reservation?

    The best way to modify your reservation is go to Manage Booking Page. Fill the reservation details you would like to modify, select "Amend Booking" option under "Interested in" and press "Send Request" Button. A confirmation Thank you message will appear, and your amended confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note charges for amendment is as per cancellation policy and terms and condition of the reservation.
